An Easy Fix for Stiff Joints

Tension is the devil when it comes to joint health.




In all well-coordinated pain-free movements in life...

your joints need to be decompressed in an open, fluid state without tension.

  • An open joint ensures the joint is well lubricated, allowing the nutrients in & the waste out, reducing inflammation.

  • An open joint can move freely without the wear and tear of resistance.

  • An open joint does not overstress the connective tissues.

  • On top of all that, an open joint has all its proprioceptive sensors activated, which means the nervous system can better coordinate joint movement to be fluid and pain-free.

upgrade your mindset towards tension when practising yoga.


The typical mindset in yoga is to focus all your effort on "mindfully" positioning the body as far as it can "safely" go into a yoga posture. But very little targeted effort is ever placed on releasing joint tension.



Releasing joint tension is an active process...

that requires a lot of targeted effort!


When you target an equal amount of effort on releasing tension as you do on strength, your body will come alive, and your stiff joints will melt away.


By targeting a large amount of effort on...

releasing joint tension, you'll be able to restore your nervous system's engagement of the body back to when you were a child. A state before the stress of life starts to be fused into your body.


Once reprogrammed...

your body will instinctively release tension no matter what position you ask your body to be in.

By actively reducing the resistance of joint tension, your inner core strength is able to easily do its job of ensuring that all the joints are decompressed and open.
